You can change your guest information, travel dates, room preferences, arrival details and requests for existing reservations. From any page on kekemba.info, click the "Check Availability and BOOK" link in the left column of the page. The "Room Reservation" screen is now shown. Click on the link "Amend/Cancel Reservation". Enter your email and confirmation number and click "View Booking". On the next page you can choose to amend or to cancel the booking. Make your request known to us. Within 24 hours we will email you with a Yes or a No to your request. Changes on confirmed reservation are only valid if you receive a changed confirmed reservation or if you receive an email from us in which we clearly confirm we made the change in the reservation. Without one of both confirmations mentioned before your reservation will not have been changed. Please contact us via mail if you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours.
Of course you can also send us an email with your explenation of your modification of your reservation. Also in this case your reservation has only been changed after receiving a changed confirmed reservation or after receiving an email from us in which we confirm we made the change in the reservation.
First of all the owners are lovely people. Very warm and welcoming. I loved the resort, care for hygene and the amount of safetyrecourses. I would recommend this to adults with children and solo tourists.
